Bartlett Town Center Signs Four New Tenants

Terry Semmens of JPA Real Estate represented the Bartlett Town Center, in securing the following leases: Bartlett Vision Center, 1,587 square feet, The Black Tie Affair Salon & Day Spa, 2,680 square feet, Clique Photography, 1,223 square feet, and The Wine Bin, 2,735 square feet. The first commercial building at The Bartlett Town Center has completed construction and initial tenants will commence operations in November 2005. Pre-leasing has commenced on the second building, scheduled for completion in June 2006. The Bartlett Town Center, located at Main Street and Railroad Avenue in Bartlett, Illinois, is a new mixed-use development and is the cornerstone of Bartlett's Downtown Redevelopment.
