JPA Real Estate and New England Builders Land Bartlett Town Center

JPA Real Estate President Jim Paul reports that, by unanimous vote of the Village Board of Trustees, JPA, in joint venture with New England Builders of Skokie, IL, received the opportunity to develop the Bartlett Town Center in Bartlett, IL.

The mixed-use redevelopment project will consist of approximately 40,000 square feet of retail and 135 residential units. JPA will be responsible for leasing the retail portion of the project, and New England Builders will market the residential units. Construction is anticipated to commence Fall, 2003.
